Florida Concepts Pools Inc. installed their first Latham Pool over 31 years ago in Lake Mahopac, New York. This pool is still being shown representing how time and weather have no negative effect.

Every year Florida Concepts Pools has at least two award winning new pool projects displayed in Latham Pools’ national showcase book, as well as one of our pools also displayed in Latham Pools’ yearly calendar! This year Florida Concepts Pools is proud to announce one of our pools has been selected to be on the cover of the 2018 Latham Pools magazine, distributed NATIONALLY!

Ken Lauro, Sr. President of Florida Concepts since 1982, is also the Past President of the Mahopac Chamber of Commerce with years of building experience.
